As this is a perishable item, we can not accept returned product beyond 30 days after the ship date.   With verification that Elegance is not a product that will work for you (if you are using the muscle resistance test or p-method) OR written explanation of non-use, you will be refunded the sales price MINUS eBook fees after receipt of the UNOPENED, INTACT product.  This is invaluable as the instructions provided will remain yours to keep.  You can also easily apply either biofield test towards any other products you are considering AND you still retain assess to the forum and thereby experienced help- this in itself is priceless.

DO NOT SEND PRODUCT BACK WITHOUT VERIFICATION OR WRITTEN REQUEST FIRST.  YOU MUST INCLUDE THE PRINTED VERIFCIATION/JUSTIFICATION EMAIL IN THE RETURN PACKAGE.

It is recommended that the product be sent via a tracked shipping service; GHP will not be held liable for non-receipt. Again, all products must be postmarked within 30 days of purchase date. This means you may not send in for verification on the 29th day and then fault our lack of response. You would have until day 27 to send in your verification request for us to get back to you.
